Cut-Out Cookies

Sour Cream Cut-Out Cookies

2 cups sugar (xylitol for sugar-free version)
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream (Tofutti "Better than Sour Cream" actually is better)
1 cup butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
5 cups flour

Combine: butter, sugars, vanilla, eggs & sour cream

Add dry ingredients.

Chill dough in refrigerator.

Roll out to 1/4 thickness.

Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.
